It took a while to seduce the overseas consumers to drink baijiu because of its strong alcohol content and pungent aroma.
To overcome the drink’s strength hurdle, Wuliangye is promoting baijiu cocktails, inspiring bartenders from across the world to be creative and mix the most diverse compositions.
The cocktails are very appealing to many foreign drinkers, expanding the consumer group with younger adults and women.
In addition to put the Wuliangye bottle on a shelve in a shop somewhere, there has to be product education. Then this unique liquor will turn into a massive hit worldwide !

CHINA VESPER
* 4cl Wuliangye
* 2cl Banana liquor
Put all ingredients in a mixing glass, with loads of ice, stirr for 15 to 20 sec and strain into a pre-chilled coupette glass. Garnish with dehydrated lime.

* 2.5 cl Wuliangye
* 2 cl Aged Rum
* 1.25cl Vanilla syrup
* 10cl Pineapple juice
Shake all ingredients with loads of ice, strain into a longdrink glass, filled with ice and garnish with some pineapple.

BAIJIU-LICIOUS
* 3cl Wuliangye
* 3cl Amaretto
* 1cl Orgeat syrop
* 0.5cl Lime juice
* 8cl Pineapple juice
Shake all ingredients with loads of ice, strain over fresh ice into a tumbler glass, garnish with some pineapple.
